Olive Oil Farm in Chianti

The place where this estate is located is magical, it conveys an extraordinary energy and has a rich history. In fact, in ancient times it was an Etruscan place, while in the early Middle Ages it was a fortress where Guelphs and Ghibellines fought against each other - as testimony we still find an arch dating back to that period, facing Siena. Today it's a farm with 36,5 ha (90 acres) of land, of which 4 ha (9,88 acres) arable land, 5 ha (12,35 acres) olive fields with 400 plants, 7 ha (17,2 acres) grazing land, 20,5 ha (50,65 acres) wood. The buildings have an area of ca. 850 m2 (of which 11 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms). Swimming pool. It is partially restored, as is habitable but there are several renovation works to do. (Rif. DIC 18)
