Restored apartments near Castelnuovo Berardenga

In a small town 6 km from Castelnuovo Berardenga we find this beautiful building consisting of several apartments and a garden. The building is oriented mostly to the south. Here are on sale the apartment on the ground floor (87 sqm) and the one first floor (75 sqm). During the renovation of the apartment on the ground floor they maintained where possible the floors in the original materials (octagonal coloured cement tiles), and brick for other areas. The building includes parts dating back to the late nineteenth century which feature traditional wooden ceiling beams (corresponding to the kitchen and the living room with fireplace). There is also a small woodshed for home use. In the garden we find the purifier shielded by a hedge, and the cistern for the collection of water used for irrigation. The access to the garden is through an electric gate.
